How I Work With Students
I understand that navigating mental health and sharing our stories with another person can feel overwhelming at times. I value establishing an environment of trust and acceptance to allow permission for us to show up as our most genuine selves.
My approach is to help students cultivate greater awareness of patterns in how they feel, think, and perceive their early and present experiences. Ultimately, my hope is that each student will feel empowered to move toward personal fulfillment.
