In a time crunched and competitive environment, self care may not be your first priority. Productivity and academic success, however, stem from a self that is mentally, emotionally, and physically well, which is why self care is absolutely essential during these academically challenging times. Most people believe that self care is too time consuming for daily dedication. But what if we told you self care doesn’t have to take away from precious study time? Still listening?

Watch Your BAC

Have you heard of BAC? It stands for blood alcohol concentration. The level, expressed as a percentage of alcohol in the blood, increases as one consumes alcoholic beverages. BAC predicts your level of inhibition and is affected by a variety of factors beyond just the number of drinks consumed.
