Notice: The Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC) located at 930 Blue Ridge Road, will be closed on Wednesday, July 23rd all day for building maintenance. North Hall, Cowell and other Counseling Services locations will remain open.

In this peer-led interactive program, you will learn about mental health resources on campus and fun mental well-being tips to add to your self-care routine.

This program requires:

Computer/laptop with Internet
Projector and screen
Connection cable that fits the computer/laptop that you provide

In other words, you will need to make sure we are able to project onto a screen from a computer/laptop that has Internet access. If you do not have (or are unable to acquire) the required items, then please let us know so that we can prepare a non-electronic version of this program.

Learning Objectives
  • Participants will be able to identify one resource for mental health support on campus.
  • Participants will know what Aggie Mental Health is and what resources it offers.
  • Participants will know where to go for 24/7 crisis support.
