About Me
Annie received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Chico State. Thereafter she went to school to be a Physical Therapy Assistant at Sacramento City College, graduating in 2014. Annie lives an active lifestyle participating in crossfit, yoga, obstacle runs, and was a competitive cheerleader for 6 years. Annie is passionate about teaching her patients how to integrate therapy into their everyday life.

Post surgical rehabilitation, athletic injuries, biomechanics, and strength training for posture.
