About Me
I am a psychology doctoral intern in the campus outreach emphasis area. I am a proud McNair alumni and describe myself as a former first generation college student turned PhD candidate. Some of my most salient identities is being a bi-racial Asian American woman of color in higher education.
Aside from my clinical and professional life, I have a pup named Spear who is a big part of my well-being and self-care. You’ll likely find us by a body of water or on the trails walking.
How I Work With Students
I work from an Interpersonal Process (IIP) Therapy. I deeply care about providing therapy through a multicultural, intersectional, and trauma informed lens. I value working collaboratively with my client’s to contextualize their experiences within the interconnecting systems they find themselves- all in hopes of both individual and collective forms of healing.
