Movement Calendar

Movement Calendar

Moving your body for at least 30 minutes a day can boost your mood, improve your sleep, improve your academic performance, and reduce stress! By scheduling time to be active, you can incorporate it as part of your routine.

How to Use the Movement Calendar:

  1. Click on the Week tab on the calendar, located on the upper right corner next to the Print button to view daily events.

  2. Click on an event you're interested in. There are a wide variety of movement options to choose from – and you can edit the event after adding it to your own Google Calendar!

  3. Click on the copy to my calendar link at the bottom of the expanded event details. This will take you to your own Google Calendar, where you can edit the date, time, notifications, event details, and invite others to join you!

YouTube Playlist:

Health Education and Promotion also has a YouTube Channel! Head to our Playlists Tab to find some helpful dance workouts, yoga & stretching routines, and more!
