My goal is for us to work together to help you achieve your goals and learn more about yourself. I am especially invested in helping you discover your values and how they may help you live the life you have always been wanting to live. I am also committed to discovering how your relationships and connecting with others have influenced your life. I primarily use Acceptance-Commitment Therapy with a multicultural, strength-based, trauma-informed lens to ground my work. My approach also considers the intersection of your various identities, ensuring I can understand the complexity of your experiences.

I am passionate about working with all college students and have specialty training in working with graduate students, Asian American students, and LGBTQIA+ students. I also specialize in helping students navigate identity changes, adjusting to college, anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotion regulation. 

I grew up in Orange County, California and completed my undergraduate and doctoral education in San Diego, California. I am a queer, Vietnamese American woman and have worked with college students and graduate students for several years. My dissertation focused on the experiences of queer Asian Americans with mindfulness experience. I enjoy listening to music, playing video games, birding, and spending time with my partner and our cat, Rune.
