About Me

I'm originally from the Bay Area and attended undergrad at UC Santa Barbara before returning to Northern California and completing my doctorate program at the Wright Institute in Berkeley. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings in the San Francisco Bay Area and completed my APA internship at Cal State Long Beach. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, watching movies (especially horror), and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

How I Work With Students

My approach to therapy focuses on developing a strong therapeutic connection with my clients, I weave together humor and a strengths-based perspective to foster a warm and supportive environment. I utilize an integrative approach that centers on Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP) focusing on relational and multicultural dynamics. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives and I strive to work collaboratively to identify treatment goals and how to work toward them while continuously holding self-compassion and empathy.
