Our on-site clinical laboratory will be closed to walk-in and routine appointments on Monday 6/8/26 (all day) and Tuesday 6/9/26 (8am - 1pm). All other services will be open during normal business hours.

How To Contact The Immunization Nurse

Before You Begin

If you have questions about immunization requirements, first check our Medical Entrance Requirements FAQs.

Step 1

Log into the Health-e-Messaging portal. Click "Messages" on the left side of the screen.

Select "New Message."

Choose "Entrance Requirements, Clearances, Tuberculosis (TB) Testing" and click "Continue."

Select "Medical Entrance Requirements FAQs (no nurse review)" and click "Continue."

If your question isn't listed, click "I have another question" and write your message to our staff. You will get a response in 5 business days.

If you Need to Contact the Immunization Nurse

Step 1

Click "New Message" on the "Messages" page.

Choose "Send a message to my provider" and click "Continue."

Select "Questions for the Immunization Nurse regarding UC Entrance Requirements."

Type your question(s).

You will need to confirm that the nurse's review will cost $15, which is not covered by insurance. You can't send the message without this confirmation.
