X-ray Services

Lab Services

Student Health and Counseling Services lab services only processes orders from SHCS providers.

We are unable to process labs at our facility that are ordered by non-SHCS providers. Students with lab orders from non-SHCS providers should take these lab orders directly to any lab draw station in the community that can accommodate their insurance.

If you have private insurance, and have questions regarding where to take your lab slip, please contact your insurance plan's customer service department.

If you are enrolled in UC SHIP, and are here in Davis, stop by or call the Insurance Services office at 530-752-6055 and we can provide you with a list of locations in Davis that you can obtain your lab services. If you are outside the Davis area, please contact Anthem Blue Cross customer service at 866.940.8306, and they can assist you in finding a contracted facility where you are located to obtain your lab services.

If a student presents here to SHCS with an outside lab order, they will be directed to a community-based draw station.

X-Ray Services
