HEP is located on the third floor of the Student Health and Wellness Center.

Mental Health Services Hours

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at North Hall, and share the same hours of operation.

• For 24-Hour Consultation
  After normal hours of operation call CAPS (530) 752-0871 and follow the prompts to reach a mental health counselor (press 55).

The Mind Spa

The Mind Spa is located inside of CAPS Clinic which is located on the second floor of the Student Health and Wellness Center

• Academic Year and Summer Session
  Drop-in Hours
  Weekdays: 11:00AM - 4:15PM
  (The Mind Spa doors close at 4:15. Services are available until 5:00PM for those who have arrived before 4:15PM)
  Weekends: Closed

• Quarter Breaks and Finals
  Available by appointment only, visit the reception inside CAPS Clinic on the Second floor of the Student Health and Wellness Center to make an appointment.

The House Hours

The House is located at TB-16 near Regan Residence Hall

Days We are Closed or Have Modified Hours

SHCS Medical Services including the Pharmacy are closed on all university holidays and campus closure days. The following is a partial list of modified hours and days we are closed to help you plan ahead for medical care and medications:
