About Me
I grew up on Southern California and studied Anthropology as an undergraduate at Dartmouth. I am currently working towards my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at The Wright Institute in Berkeley. Throughout my clinical training, I have also worked in community mental health and integrated primary care settings. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, practicing yoga, biking, and cooking.
How I Work With Students
Navigating the demands of undergraduate or graduate school can feel overwhelming and isolating. I view therapy as an opportunity for clients to be authentic, gain insight, and learn new skills. My goal is to provide a space for students that supports their personal growth, highlights strengths, and enables change. My approach to providing therapy is collaborative and genuine, and I integrate cognitive behavioral and multicultural frameworks into my clinical work.
