How I Work With Students
My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable talking about things that might be hard to talk about. I believe each person has a unique fingerprint of identities, strengths, challenges, and experiences that informs how they see the world. Therapy can be a great place to deepen your self-understanding and to identify and change patterns of behavior and thought that are no longer serving your needs. I hope to support you in your growth and help strengthen your ability to cope with life’s many challenges.
